Thank you for shopping with Label Muslin. We strive to provide the best possible service, but please review the following terms regarding our shipping policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the following conditions.
Shipping Timeframe
All orders will be processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as shipping carrier issues or stock availability.
Delivery Timeframe
Once processed, delivery times will vary based on the shipping destination:

Metro Cities (India): 3-5 business days after dispatch

Non-Metro Cities (India): 5-7 business days after dispatch

Remote Areas (India): 7-10 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard shipping via selected carriers. The exact shipping method will be determined at our discretion. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your order details and delivery address.
Please Note: We reserve the right to change the shipping carriers or methods at any time without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has been handed over to the carrier. It’s important to monitor the tracking status closely after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to the India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Any order placed for such locations will be automatically canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping details at the time of checkout. Any orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error may incur additional shipping charges to re-route or reship the package. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver your order safely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, and we do not offer refunds for any shipping issues once the item has left our premises.
Shipping Fees & Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to refusal or failure to pick up from the carrier, you will be responsible for any associated return fees. In case you choose to cancel an order, we will process refunds excluding any shipping costs if the order has already been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier issues, weather events, or inventory shortages. We do not guarantee any specific delivery times, and we are not liable for any delays once your order is dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders unless the product is defective or not as described. In the event of a product issue, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs delays or issues that arise once the package reaches the destination country.
