Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Label Muslin. We value your business and aim to provide quality products. However, please take a moment to review our return policy. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at labelmuslin@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to initiate a claim. Once approved, we will notify you within 2 business days and may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit for the value of the defective item.

Please Note: We will not accept returns or refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

 

Replacement Approval and Delivery Timeframe

If your claim for a defective or damaged item is submitted with the required evidence, we will review and respond within 5 business days. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be delivered to same delivery address within 15 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund for article along with delivery charges, if paid by the customer.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact our customer service team at labelmuslin@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect within 5 business days of receiving the product.
  • Once we confirm the issue within 2 business days, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Important: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. The return package must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened, used, or worn products

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a defective or incorrectly described product. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Store Credit

In cases where a return is authorized, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of return approval and can be used for future purchases but is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Shipping Fees

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return procedure if applicable.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after such changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
